Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We DO NOT offer returns or refunds on change of mind, incorrect size or wrong colour.

All sales are final. Please ensure that you measure and size correctly BEFORE purchasing.

All gowns are inspected thoroughly for faults and damage prior to purchase / shipment; we are not responsible to damage incurred through shipping. If you are concerned, please select the option to collect from O&V Boutique in person.

Do we need to book a bridal appointment?

Yes, bookings are essential for a bridal experience at Oak & Valentine. Be welcomed into our luxury bridal boutique by our experienced bridal stylists.

What is required for a bridal appointment?

It's imperative that you come to your bridal appointment make up and tan free. Please ensure you are showered and free from cigarette smoke. Please limit your guests to 3 people (excluding yourself).

Do we need to book a formal appointment?

No, you do not require a booking to try on formal gowns. Visit us within our trading hours at our Rockhampton boutique.

What is required to try on formal gowns?

Please ensure you are clean and free from make-up. Please refrain from wearing jewellery such as bracelets, rings and necklaces that can catch in the fabrics on the gowns.

Do you keep track of each customer’s purchase in accordance to their school?

No.

We cannot guarantee that your chosen gown has not been purchased elsewhere. It is your responsibility to check social pages if having the same or similar gown is a concern to you.
