At Oak & Valentine, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Due to the unique nature of our bridal and formal wear items, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds/store credit.

We DO NOT offer returns or refunds on change of mind, incorrect size or wrong colour.

All sales are final. Please ensure that you measure and size correctly BEFORE purchasing. Please use the provided size guide on the product being purchased.

All gowns are inspected thoroughly for faults and damage prior to purchase / shipment; we are not responsible to damage incurred through shipping. If you are concerned, please select the option to collect from the Boutique in person.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if it becomes unavailable.

Colours displayed on our website may vary from different devices. External factors including lighting/photography may also skew the colour of the garment. Requesting a return for this reason will not be approved.

Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the original address. We may take additional payment to cover our shipping costs back to you.
